I never do anything the same way twice, or so it seems.
I needed to mount a new front tire after the run to CCR. Got around to it this evening. In the past, when it came time to balance I got a couple of C-clamps to mount my 2x4 support for the Marc Parnes balancer on a work bench.
It occured to me that I might save a little time by clamping the 2x4 support for the balancer between a couple of the wheel clamps on the Harbor Freight tire changer.
It worked very nicely.
A couple of pics attached in case someone finds this technique helpful.
