Tool Kit

Has anyone looked at what BMW calls a tool kit.I was going to see if there was anything that could be added to mine(07RT)Needless to say,anything that you add would be an improvement.I ended up going to Sears and buying everything that I thought that I would need.You would think that when you pay this much for a bike that you would get more 2 or three junk tools.

My LT came with a flat tip screwdriver and 4 fuses. I too built my own. But the local hardware store or auto parts store sells tools that are less expensive and will do the job just as well. If you want to save a few bucks.

Having said that, before I found that out I bought a really nice set of open end wrenches at Sears that had different size wrenches (like 7 & 9, 12 & 14, etc.) that were just perfect for a tool kit. Fewer wrenches to do the same job. Only cost about $25 for the set too.
