Hi,
I have a new K1200LT that came wired for the BMW GPS, which I think is a version of the Garmin StreetPilot. I now want to use a Nuvi instead of the BMW GPS, but the 12v power connector for the BMW GPS is a barrel type that I want to convert to a mini USB for the Nuvi. Sure, I can cut the original wiring and splice the mini USB, but was wondering if anyone else has any experience with this and perhaps a better solution. If so, please let me know.
