New RT's radio ready or not?

I'm looking to buy a new RT this winter/spring, but have a question about the radio & speaker configuration. I'm thinking of buying a model without a radio preinstalled, and would like to add an aftermarket one. That means I'd also like to add aftermarket speakers.

So, does the RT come with the speaker enclosures already installed? Or do you only get them when you buy a set of speakers?

Is the glove box ready to have a DIN radio installed? Or do you have to buy the cage seperately?

It's all separate (radio prep kit).
I am picking up a used 07 w/ radio and factory CD player. It also has an Autocom and BMW branded J&M CB.
As to speakers, I do not know what would be involved in installing them.
Does anyone else have the factory (optional) alarm?
