Just FYI for all our members.

In the course of sending out donation letters to ALL BMW dealers requesting donations for our silent auction, we received this response.

Cliff and I had been personal friends before he ever opened the dealership. We had a rather large blow-up concerning maintenance/repair of my bike. My wife is the contact named on the letter.

His response to our CCR letter is below. Do what you will with the information.

This is same sort of attitude is why i did not buy my 05 from him. I needed tires for my /7 and called them and they told 6 to 8 weeks before he would be able get me in. And he quoted me something like $500 for the Metzlers. I found them at tires unlimited for $200 including shipping. I had a guy the builds customs put them on and balance them. total cost $230. When I called the service dept at Cliffs to cancel my appointment the person that answered the phone gave me quite alot of attitude. Oh well. This is why i drove 230 miles to Maxs in NH. My experience has been great so far with Maxs. Also gives me a good reason to go for a nice ride.
