Someone had one way back. Try a search. Check the old site as well. I'll look if I get time . . . .

I just use Z-Technick Rear Rack to put my road bike on. The lip on the Z-Teknik helps keeping the bicycle on the rack. I use rubber tie dows to further secure the bicycle. I am OK upto 80 miles per hour on the highway.

Sorry I do not have a photo.

Here's one seen on a GS at the 2006 BMW MOA rally.

That's cool plus it doubles for a wheelie bar :)

Matt,
I'm really interested in the setup you have.
Do you have any clearer shots of the rack and how it's mounted to your bike? It looks like you've just got it mounted directly to the luggage rack, but that isn't really very strong so I'm curious how it mounts. Also, is that piece that is protecting your paint from the frame/water bottles/peddles part of the rack?
Do you have any info on where to buy it?

Thanks for the help, this looks like a great answer to being able to get some mountain biking and riding in on the same day!

That's pretty awesome too, except I don't really want to add a trailor - but that looks really cool.

I bought a small trailer from Harbour Freight and extended the tongue and covered it with aluminum diamond plate. I bolted a Sears cargo carrier on it and fixed it where I could take it off and mount my bike tie-downs. It worked great............ :)

The rack is actually ZTechnik Trunk Rack.

The piece protecting the paint is just a garden knee pad made of sponge. I drilled another hole on the sponge pad and put two welco extentions and two plastic key locks at the end to attach to the rack.

Let me know if you need more info.
