View Full Version : BMW bike rental in Phoenix area?

looking for help here. already posted in southwest forum.

Would like to rent a LT or a RT if it has a back rest for the wife in the Phoenix area actually will be staying in town of Gilbert. We are staying with some one who can drive us with in a hour or so of the Phoenix area to get to a rental place.

I did a Google search for "bmw motorcycle rental phoenix, az." The first hit and one of the paid links are below. They are the only ones I looked at; I bet you can find a few others if you look around.

I rented from azride.com in over thanksgiving. 1200gs.. nice people bike was perfect.

Rented from bluesky in San Diego over X-mas 05 wing and was appalled at the condition of the tires. Badly cupped front and the rear was withing 1000 miles of gone. I checked the pressures at their garage and the rear was off by 10psi. Got a big nail in it on my second to last day and couldn;t patch it as it was too large(that was fun,,,,95 mph in the s-curves and the rear loses all air in about 3 seconds). Left it at a gas station and got a rental car to head back to where we were stayuing. Still arguing with Blue Sky about a refund for the day of rental I didn't use.
