Beautiful work but I think that is hand painted leather. Or did I not read correctly and the patch is $45.oo?

I understand that this is a patch but is priced high because it was probably custom made, one of a kind.

I am certainly not the patch police, but there's a good chance that it is a copyright infringement, now that doesn't take away from the fact that it's a very nice piece of work.

About 6-7 years ago I was the President of the local BMW club (BMW Owners Club of Florida #31) and part of my duties were to put on the anual tentpegger Rally, design T-shirts, pins, contact vendors make the add for the MOA magazine etc. its a lot of work to put on a rally.

One of the things I ran into with making T-shirt designs is:
according to BMW, nothing can cover the logo, including the word motorcycles,
if you're going to sell it you cannot use the roundel.
