Which Bike? On the LT it is simple, on center stand, remove two screws for license plate holder, remove holder, remove five bolts that hold on wheel, take off wheel, be mindful of spacer between wheel and final drive.

On a K1200LT, if all you want to do is remove the tire and rim from the bike, very easy. Put it on its centerstand, remove the license plate bracket with two T20 screws, then the 5 17mm lugnuts. Very easy to do, make sure you remember the spacer when you put it back on :) .
If you want to change your own tire, that's a bit more challenging but doable. Proper equipment, mount/dismount bar, and a second person help tremendously.

+1 on what they said. I will add to that you need to put the bike in first gear to hold the wheel while you are loosening the 5 bolts
