Getting ready to install an Escort 8500. I have an 08 LT. Is is true that the VOICE II system does not use the AAWD like com systems of yesteryear? That AAWD sounded like it would be an easy solution for the radar's audio. If not sounds like second best idea is to join the GPS (zumo 550) wire before it plugs into the VOICE II. Sound reasonable?
