... you workin' tamale?? I'm gonna take a run at Lone Star for some goodies, and thought if you weren't busy, we could do lunch at Chuy's or somewheres. If you're workin', how far from Lone Star would that be? Got any specific lunch hour for punchin' the clock?

I'm gonna do World Kkkaaffeee Hqtrs at 0530, then when the worker bees have left, I'll head to the Bowling Alley for breakfast and should be at Lone Star by 10-1030 or so.

And anybody here in the 'hood need any goodies from Lone Star? Small thangs, cuz I got the Ft. Worth rack on and limited case space.

Hey, Doug. That actually wuz ONE of the reasons for going to L.S. today. She wuz sold out of the one piece. I 'almost' bought the Hi-Viz yellow jacket, butt after buying 12 each, Tinnemans, Wellnuts, 12mm, 15mm, and 20mm screws, and the left/right side bumper covers, I spent most of my allowance. Would you believe the ole phart discount still emptied my wallet of about 180 bones; AND everythang had to be ordered, so I came home empty handed!!!

Had a good lunch tho. Shreeve showed up, and we hit Chuys just before the crowd. And shortly after placing our order, Alan Stuber popped in - that wuz a nice surprise. I always enjoy chat with both those guyz.

Came home in temps that never got above 91, and with no 'incidents' from the cagers; and 48.7 mpg on the OBC. All in all, a good day riding and visiting.

I never saw over 97 degrees, but I'll be dayemed if I didn't ride 102 miles to get home. Did you know that the construction on FM1863 is done? I love that road, but it still doesn't beat Amman.

I guess that I'm a day late and $20 ahead for not making lunch. working nights so that at 10 to noon I start heading to the bed.
