Decent parts department and great service department. Can't speak personally of sales but they do move quite a few bikes through there so it can't be all that bad. :p
Any problems or confusions I've had if service has the time, (usually early morning) they will gladly help you out via phone or visit.
Like I said the best time is early as they gear up quick and if you call after lunch they are hard pressed for any free time. Maybe frustrating if you call but if my bike was up on the jacks I wouldn't want it any other way :bmw:
