Anyone in New England changing their own tires?

I live in SW New Hampshire. I am giving serious thought to 1) buying my own rig, or 2) joining a group who has theirs already.

Are there any brothers/sisters already set up to change their own tires nearby?
Are there any takers near Keene interested in setting up a rig?

I've been changing my own tires for years, recently got a harbor freight tire changer.
I'm very close to Keene.
