I have had Ohlins for sometime and they are ready for a rebuild. It was suggested to add nitrogen to the bladder. I found a suspension shop that does Moto-x MCs, and he brought the pressure up to 265#s which is a little more than 18bar, which was recommended by the factory. It did help but still I was not totaly happy. Today I added "jack oil" to the adjuster, just like recomended to stock shock. I filled it to the top and reinstalled banjo bolt.

That helped also, I have decided that the spring needs to be replaced. So I will be having it rebuilt soon. In the meantime I will reinstall OEM shock for temp use while Ohlins are rebuilt.

Both adjustments helped, but the bike still botoms out two up. Single it is like new, but we ride two up most of the time.

I had considered what to do with the OEM's after installing the Ohlins. If both I and the bike last long enough to out-ride the new shocks, it will have gone well. In the mean time, we just don't have room for any more junk to be stored in the house. I figured they were bad enough to have to replace, no sense intending to go through the effort to put them back in a second time........
