Just finished installing new Hyperflow, but the windshield appears to be too wide at the bottom and does not fit in the slot. Any thoughts? I have been very careful not to over tighten the screws. Perhaps too careful?

Same issue here. It will fit, just very close. you have some side to side adjust by pushing the WS in and tightening. Snug the WS and then loosen one side and push the WS in(towards the center) and tighten, doesn't have to be "tight" and repeat on the other side. Worked for me on the short & med. Hyper-flow. Good Luck, its a great WS

Thanks for the advice. I tried something similar but without any luck. I called Cee Bailey's this morning and they explained that occasionally there is an issue with spring back after the windshield is formed and it can happen after shipping. They are going to replace the shield. By the way, I must say that their customer service is first class. They were very prompt in resolving the issue and offering a replacement. They have a new loyal customer here.

I too am looking forward to hearing some reports about this new Hyperflow. It looks like another make that some have said had too much wind noise.

This is the short one. This shield is pretty amazing. I am going to put 900 miles on it today, I'll be back with more..............

Nice rims! I especially like the matching driving light trim.
