Will be re-locating to the Raleigh,NC area within 6 month. Would like some feedback on Capitol BMW in Raleigh? I visited their new location on my last trip to Raleigh, however, I did not get good vibes, am I wrong?

I purchased a 2003 LT and have been very satisfied with the service & support. Jon Ross is the service manager and a good guy. Jon is very knowledgable and seems committed to the customers. I dealt with Bob Domino in sales and was also pleased. Oliver Emmert is the owner and he owns the Greensboro and Wilmington dealerships as well. They host 2-3 open houses each year and they are always a good time. I have been very pleased. Maybe you caught them on a bad day.

There may have been a rush to judgement on my part. I have been so spoiled by my present dealer, Cross Country BMW, here in NJ and having to find another dealer is a big concern. If I can't find a good BMW dealer I may have to switch to a "WING".....Nah.....:( Sorry I lost my head...
