Hey Guys:
Love to join you for dinner but I'm leaving Wednesday morning for a three day ride up through Feather River Canyon and then up to Lassen and around Northern Cal and southern Oregon. My buddies on an 08 1200 RT so I will have to try to keep up with him. Seriously, he's a much better ride than I am so I just try to keep him in sight....hope to see you all next week......Frank MC

I'm going on a little vacation also and won't make it, going up to the Chief Joseph rally. Meeting some of the North Wet Boya up there, little camping, little drinking and a lot of riding. See ya next week.

The vacation two weeks ago to Victoria was for the wife. This vacation is what my wife calls a "man vacation," 5 days at a gun school for advanced handgun training down by Las Vegas. I shoot competition pistol and I'm hoping this will give me an edge... :D or not.... :D:D

Hal, let me know what you think about Front Site. Piazza was a student at Cooper's Gunsite the same time I was going through the classes. I was an adjunct at Gunsite for a short time. Of course Piazza went on open his own place ---> $$$.

Tom, that's very interesting. From what I have heard, once you get past his marketing BS, the actual training is outstanding. Bushwacker said his department's SWAT trained there, and gave good reviews.

I'm out tonight. I rode to Folsom today, and now I'm at the Radisson off of Leisure with Kay, she has a business meeting here in the AM. After the heat and traffic, we only just got checked in a few mins ago. The AC and cool frosty adult beverages at the lounge win out over you guys.
