On the way to Devil's Tower (MAJOR cool ) today about 5:30 Mountain Time, we saw an LT heading eastbound on I-90 just about to cross the state line into South Dakota. We exchanged waves. Was it anybody on this site?

Nope wasn't me.
I was on my RT at Devils Tower on Wednsday.
Thursday was all rain, all day :( Headed home, and ducked in a motel after a few hours of rain, when the lightning and hail started.
Made it the last 700 miles or so back home on Friday.
Them Black Hills are fantastic. It was my first time in the area.

LitchfieldWill do, Glen, but with a non-functioning card reader I still can't share any photos. I'll write up a ride report. The Cliff Notes version so far: OH, IN, IL, IA, MO, NE, SD, WY, and MT! I could move out here... Just back from Mt. Rushmore. Holy cow... Custer State Park tomorrow, and then another week with no plans, no agenda, and no itinerary.

i spent a week at Custer State Park a few years ago. I visited Jewel Cave and took what they call "the historical tour" using old-fashioned oil lamps.
And also visited the "Mammoth site" in Hot Springs, SD. If you like the geology and archeology type of thing.

Glen and CarolWe will be home on 6/14 or 6/15.
We have been to many remote places where I found myself thinking it would be nice to be riding with at least 1 other bike. Safety in numbers, as they say.
Yes, let's get together when you return and we'll compare notes. Maybe we could meet half-way between Litchfield and Rushville and have lunch or something.
