Tidewater K1200LT Tech Session or RTE?

I am fairly new to BMWs and this forum. I have found a plethora of info.

Is anybody in the Tidewater area of Virginia interested in a Tech Session or a Ride to Eat (RTE)?

What a place for my first post and what a great answer I have for you: Can you wait just one more year? I have been lurking these forums for a month or so and am planning on buying an LT next year - just have to pay off my wife's SUV first. I'm really glad to see this thread started because i want to do my own fluid changes and everything else I can do with the bike. You might want to PM JimZ, he just got himself an LT and he is in Norfolk. He started a thread in the LT section asking about tech stuff.

By the way, I'm Kevin and I'm in Williamsburg just counting the hours and trying to find some way to get the bike sooner. Hope we can get something going here locally, it would be great!! :)
