Here's a chance for you to spend Wednesday evening with 150 of your closest of your close CCR friends on the Heber Vallery Railroad (http://www.hebervalleyrailroad.org) aboard the Provo Canyon Extra. This trip wanders down the Heber Valley to Vivian Park in Provo Canyon, where the engine will run around the train and then return us to Heber City. The train will be made up of enclosed and open cars and you will be able to purchase hamburgers, hotdogs, snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine will be available for purchase onboard.

Departure time will be 5:00PM from the Depot in Heber City with a return at approximately 8:00PM. There will be shuttle service from Zermatt to Heber City and back for those that don't want or need to drive.

Tickets are being presold for $25 and you get there by clicking here (http://www.curvecowboyreunion.com/cart_catalog.php?c=104).

Our scouting team was out there this past weekend putting the final touchs on our reunion and wanted to entice you with these pictures from their trip.

As one of the hard working scouts, I can tell you this is not to be missed. I hope you are registered already if you plan to go. The hotel is great, and as you can tell from some of our reports, there is an incredible diversity of things to do and places to which to ride. This should be one where your SO has more fun things to do than you do, well except for twisting the grip on the twisties.

Just remember you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the train. There will be no bus.

What happened to the suttle that was mentioned in the original post?

Long week, but that's no excuse. The size of the shuttles are 10 to 16 passenger and the round trip will be approximately 30 minutes. If a lot of people are planning on riding the shuttle, it could be some time before you get back to Zermat. As for me, my plan was always to ride over and back.

And Brrett, since when did you start drinking?? :eek2: :D

He's not worried about the drinking thang, he's just worried about what his hair will look like when he gets to the train.

How'd you know! :histerica

I WAS just thinking that it would be nice to get off of the bike for a little while, but that's ok, me and the wifey will get ATTGATTed up for the short ride to Heber City and we will get our hair messed up :rotf:

Man,the things you do for your friends

Can I be the Engineer on the train ride? I like to blow my own whistle!

No Bus??? You had posted this on an earlier msg;"Departure time will be 5:00PM from the Depot in Heber City with a return at approximately 8:00PM. There will be shuttle service from Zermatt to Heber City and back for those that don't want or need to drive." Has there been a change in the availability of the shuttle bus?

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus with a capacity of about 18 people with a round trip time of 30 minutes.
