I need to do a number of things on my bike. While I have use of the dealership service department on Saturday afternoon and Sundays I hate to work alone and figure stuff out that many other have done before.
If anything is coming up during the next six weeks or so, I would love to join...

How about hosting one at your service dept? I know Jay from Cleveland needs some work done.

Or, we could do one here where no one minds the screams of pain.

I would love to do it here, but its a corporate owned place stuff like that does not go over well. Liability and all this legal stuff... Now, if enough of you drive an MB I can hold a service clinic for you all here.

Or, we could do one here where no one minds the screams of pain.Grif's casa works well for me. I'm needing to just get into Angel and show that I love her. Probably check the valves and some wiring quirks. Miles don't justify it really but she's missing my intimate touch.:o

I'm in with some help. It's been about 16k miles I need all fluids (brake flush also) and tires with a smartire install and a few wire things made tidy.

I need to do the 18K service (kinda late, too) and New Braunfels would work fine. Can I participate?

How come we have "tech" sessions but not "PIE" sessions? That sounds fun!

I will talk with my navigator and see if she will give me a kitchen pass for the 14th. What should I bring?
Also need directions there.

14th is perfect for me. I will be a batchelor too that weekend. I need to replace my rear rotor, change fluids, and I bought a Smartire system from Canada on e-bay, it should be here by the 13th.
Grif, thanks for hosting! It will be good to see all of you. Let me know if you need any supplies for your garage, I like to donate something.
PS: Steve, you think there will be enough time to replace brake lines as well. I saw your post about the Spiegler lines and since my bike is going on 10years this may be a good idea...

Not a problem we will have enough folks there to do a ground up restoration if need be ;)

All are welcome, I'll open the gate. Since some of the boys are having breaky in Columbus do y'all think that will throw the starting time back some with having to set up bail and all?
I'll start a seperate thread, list your name (so I know what and how much to cook) and whatchawannado.
Well, dayem bones. How bout you come to Dick's special RTE and we can do what needs to be done to yours on the 7th?

The kit comes with "New" washers and we can reuse the old bolts ;) Just bring the kit and some brake fluid and I'll bring the tools I need.

With Jerry coming, I am not the least bit concerned with bail. Those Columbus county mounties will see the biker group coming and put out the red carpet.
Bones, if that doesn't work, pick a weekday afternoon and come to Sugarland and we will fix you up.

CB,
Did you miss the earlier post? You are more than welcome to tag along with me and if Wolfgang wants to go with us we can all meet in The Woodlands someplace. If not or if Wolfgang would rather, you can all meet at my place and we can take the scenic shortcut down to Columbus, or we can all meet in Columbus. Just let me know.

Steve,
When and where do you want to meet? Since I don't know how to get to Grif's, I need directions or to follow someone.
