The Roadtec Z6 rear tire is not weight rated for the LT. It is a 73W instead of a 79W. At least one person on the forum had issues with an under rated tire rubbing the swing arm.

According to the Metzeler Home website, the Roadtec tires are NOT weight rated for the LT. They're radial ply tires, and what you want are the bias ply ME880 Marathon tires.

Check out the Metzeler 'Fitment Chart' here (http://www.us.metzelermoto.com/web/fitment/metzeler/selectSearchTyresForm.do?mySelectActived=goToMotoFull&myEntryPoint=%2Ffitment%2Fmetzeler%2FhomeMotoFull&brandVehicle=4664&modelVehicle=103542&versionVehicle=201014). An LT weighted front tire should carry a minimum load of 450# (58V) and the rear a minimum of 886# (79V).

Just the way I read the fitment chart. You might also take a look at Curtis' (CharlieVT) results of locating and finding the fitments for the various tire manufacturers as regards the LT. He started a thread on this subject just a day or two ago.

Friend of mine has a Metzeler Roadtec Z6 rear tire on his 2004 GT, which carries less weight requirements than the LT.

Do you currently have Roadtec Z6 tires on the LT? If so do you know how long they have been on there? And is your rear tire rubbing your swingarm?

Perhaps Metzeler has ugraded the rating of weight for that rear tire now. Do the numbers on the tire jive with the chart in the following link at the bottom of the page?

http://www.motorcycleanchor.com/motorcycle/how_to/mc_tires.html

The only Roadtec z6 listed on the Metzeler website that fits the rear of the LT is this one: 160/70 ZR 17 M/C 73W TL......according to the weight limits, that tire is rated for "73 805 lbs / 365 Kg".
