Intercom not working

I have a 2008 LT with the Nolan n102 helmets with the J&M headsets. The radio and Garmin 2820 work okay thru the headsets, but yet when I select the intercom system no audio is coming thru passenger headset, any ideas?

You might have already done this, but have you checked the settings in the control panel for the headsets? (under the stingray)

My headsets should be in today, so I look forward to how things work out for you.
