I just checked out your link to the e-bay store. I didn't know it at the time, but I have gotten several lights from them that I have either mounted on my LT or my wife's 1150RT. They have good prices and I have liked every light that I have gotten from them.

They are honest and correct by stating using red leds behind red covers and amber leds behind amber covers.
i did much tinkering when making leds sit behind my saddle bag reflectors and anber leds work best behind amber covers.

Yes, but amber behind amber comes out looking like green dust....
White behind amber is the best and brightest.

White behind red is the also the best.

Oops!

I must be going colour blind then, cos the Amber Luxeon leds mounted behind the Amber refector in my saddle bag sure as heck looks amber to me and everybody else who has seen it as well :D
