Here I am again talking about my favorite cause. Since there is a motorcycle in this clip I feel safe posting here :) besides Ted asked for it.

Last month was colon cancer awareness month. Joan and I were in a short clip that is not really about us but more about the message. Since I think it is an important message here it is:

Thanks for posting Dell. I had my first colon screen last year. IIRC, I'm good for 10 years before the next.

Dell thanks for sharing the video. It is so important and many need to be checked. I'm due again in a few years and will not hesitate.

(this is not a joke, seriously) and this is for all reading this, there are two methods for prepping before the check-up, one where you drink at least 1/2 a gallon of liquid and the other where you only have to drink a pint. I had the pint and it is so much better. If your doctor recommends the 1/2 gallon, protest. It is not necessary.....
