There are organizational categories called 'Forums'. Discussions that fall under an established topic are often moved to that particular forum. It's all to help keep things in some sort of useful order. Make it easier to find what you're looking for and such.

If a thread is marked as 'moved' from say - this forum. You can still click on it to read the thread. Once there, make note of where it was moved to, for next time.

And, there may well be more details I haven't stumbled across yet. :)

Threads are moved to their appropriate places. K1200LT is for K1200LT specific stuff. General Discussion items should go into Chit Chat. If you want to talk about what's going on in New Jersey, I suggest the Northeast Forum. And so on and so on.

Like this one which is about to be moved to Contact the Help Team :D

Jeff, I have a suggestion.

how about a forum to discuss political points or issues of motorcycling.

Such as law's that may be coming into effect, insurance questions. ya know general legal stuff that may be very important to all motorcyclists.

someplace in particluar that we might be able to post a link to where the information is coming from? not somplace broke down to each state.

sound good? something we all need to be aware of is our rights and concerns regarding motorcycling issues.

It's called Chit Chat (and has been for several years now).

I just thought it might be nice to have a particular forum for it, to weed out all the other clutter for those that may not hang around Chit Chat often or at all.
