Today I try for the second time to call BlitzSafe to ask about which would be the right model for one 2005 LT model and iPod and now I can confirm that they really have a low level of customer service...
First, they don't have 1800 number, so you have to call and be listening music for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Then the lady who answer the phone insist on try to help you with technical questions which she has no idea about.
Then, to make things worst, she still need to answer calls, so every 30 to 40 seconds she asks for 'just a second' and I was on the music again for a minute or 2 until she came back.
Then, when I ask if there is any one there who could help me better and she sad 'No. you have to be with me'...
I give up on their product.
Who else would sell something similar?
