Arrived in Rancho last night. Rode the 49 in from Corsegold. The weather, road, views were just about as good as a ride can be. What are some alternate routes to Jackson that the locals like?

From Rancho try Latrobe road south then a left east on Old Sacramento to HW 49 then follow 49 to Jackson. Alternate might be Ione road of HW 16, then hit HW 88 into Jackson.

had a slight detour on the way back. Made a right instead of staying straight and endedup making a loop through Sutter Creek and back to Jackson.

It got down to 46 degrees at one point. Brrrrrr!

Where did you turn right? That's what happens when you follow those silly GPS's LOL

My BC said 50 degrees all the way home. Was a little cold in the mesh gear with out the liners. I thought it was Spring??:p

So used to taking Old Hwy 49...put us Through Sutter Creek.
