My wife has a problem with her seating position on her ST in that her arms are essentially almost fully locked straight so it makes low speed handling a hassle.

We have already installed the pull back clip-on from Creative Cycle Concepts (actually Verholen's after much research) but it is not enough.

She would like to have a more relaxed bend in her arm and sit more upright.

I have found two specific sources to address this issue and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

1 - Is the AC-Schnitzer SuperBike Handlebar Kit offered by A&S - has anyone tried it - thoughts etc

2 - the other is from Wunderlich the Top Yoke Power-Sportego.

Also if there are other options that I have not been able to find let me know.

As always thanks in advance.

My wife rides a ST and ran into the same problem. We installed the Verholen risers and the helped some but no cure. She then had a seat made with a rise in the back of the seat and this helped her stay a little more forward and has seemed to "fix" the problem (she is 5'4" tall) we have not looked into the other handlebar setups you mention. Just wanted to let you know how we took care of her situation.

Thanks Larry - that is a different perspective - will keep it in mind.

Just a observation from your post on RT website we put a Ztechnic windshield on the wifes ST and she likes it much better for air control but of course did nothing as far as the ergonomics go.

Yeah Larry asking the general BMW community for advice.

Wind protection is fine - we added the larger Cee Baileys and she is quite happy with it.

It's the full reach which bothers her.

Thanks

Have you found a solution for the ST handlebars yet? Would be interesting to know the comfort level improvement.

No not yet - waiting on some pictures of a mounted AC Schintzer bar to see how much pull back there as measured from instrument cluster.
