Hey everyone, would appreciate your prayers tomorrow (Friday, 4/11) for Mr. Pie. He is having unexpected gall bladder surgery at 10:30 a.m. Appreciate all your support and I know, I know you are all very excited  because since we are missing the RTE on Saturday that means more PIE for all. We will make it up next month! :D

My wife had her gall bladder removed nearly 10 years ago. Piece of cake for her, done as an outpatient. I hope it goes that way for Keith. Will say a prayer for him, anyway.

Talked with Gina early this afternoon. Keith's suregery was moved back due to another patient having some difficulties. He was taken into surgery around 1;15 pm. Gina said she would call when she knew something.

Just heard from the PiePrincess and Mr. Pie's surgery was a success. As you know it was pushed to later in the day and his recovery after surgery was a little slow. He was not fully recovered when she was transporting him home around 5:00 pm. So, she has one heck of a story to tell about getting him home and in bed.

She wishes everyone a safe ride tomorrow and will catch everyone on the next RTE.

She also wants to thank everyone for their positive thoughts and prayers.

David it almost took me longer. Remember what was on the side of the road about two minutes after you passed me? I had just decided to catch up to you, but fortunately a car cut me off in the lane, so I had to do a rapid decelerate just before we came into his view. So how much is that radar detector and laser jammer you are installing run? That was too close!!!!!!!!!!

You are all soooo DARN funny . . . NOT!!! I happen to be just a wonderful girlfriend I will have you know.

Thanks to you all for the e-mails and calls. Mr. Pie had a pretty rough go Friday but hasn't had to take any pain meds since Saturday morning. He is moving a tad slow but continues to get better and better each day. Hoping he will be back at work by the end of the week. Very grateful for friends like you. See you all at May's RTE . . . I will make up for missing April PIE at that time.
