Hi Guys.
I just got spammed by a fake bank email (a bank I happen to be a customer of) to my cws at bmwlt.com address. First and only time I've had this happen.. maybe something to do with a for-sale ad I had posted on-site?
Anyway.. someones trawling.....

hi Chris
that is very common for me I get lots of them, even from pay pal trying to confirm my bank details. they are all trying to get your details and unfortunatly some people give them and get duped. To all that are reading this just know one thing,,, financial institutions "DO NOT EVER" send out email to clients requesting information about your account. "beware the scammers"

Anyway.. someones trawling.....Unfortunately these spammers crawl every domain looking for hits on email addresses. You can visit the web interface for your bmwlt email at http://email.bmwlt.com - login using your user ID and password from this site. You will find 'Options' where you can implement a number of spam reduction features using 'smite' rankings, filtering or a friends system. You can choose from mild to very aggressive on the settings, depending upon your needs.

Thanks Randy (and Axle).
Should have been a little clearer I guess... first time I'd ever been spammed to the @bmwlt.com address.... get plenty to my work address all the time, which are fairly efficiently dealt with. Just hated to see it come through my fave web community!
cheers guys
