According to the FICHE, the plug is "screw plug (M14X1,5)" (11 13 1 744 329)

The "Seal" is a "gasket ring (A14X18-AL)" (07 11 9 963 200).

They are usually included in a 12k maintenance kit, by the way.

Think I scanned the net for that one and discovered the BMW cars use the same one (in case you need one and aren't near a dealership).
