Time for Classified ad to appear

How long does it normally take for a classified ad to show up. I added one earlier today and it's not there yet.

The classifieds appear usually immediately *IF* the checkout proedure is completed.

this means: At the end of the checkout you are presented with a button: "Return to Merchant" If this button is clicked our server is informed by paypal that the ad has been paid for and the ad is immediately activated. If this button is NOT clicked our server has no idea if the ad had been paid for or not and we have to manually activate the ad.

Having said that: Please send me a copy of the paypal confirmation and I will manually activate the ad.
