Bought a couple of tires on line. Saved $100+ vs. dealer..
Now I feel a little guilty going back to the dealer (Forever Endeavor) good guys that they are and asking them to install the tires. They would have done it for $50 if I bought the tires from them. I can't ask them.
Does anyone know anyone else in St Louis area that will install tires on a LT??
Thanks,
Jeff

Hey, Jeff - you got a Cycle Gear shop in the STL area? They do BMW rims/tires at many of their locations (not all).

Give the guys at No-Mar in Fenton a call and ask to try out their tire changer. They are pretty helpful and will show you how their machine works. Be nice and clean your wheel before you go. Good Guys with a good product.

Thanks Bill,
I will give them a call. I really don't think I need to buy a tire changer. Will they let me bring in my wheels and new tires. (All very clean, of course.) And just use their equipment? I don't have to act like I may buy the changer do I?
But, who knows, maybe I will..
Thanks again,
Jeff

I was interested in looking at their changer but didn't know if I would use it enough to justify the purchase. I asked if I could just try it out to see how hard/easy it was to use. They said it wasn't a problem, just call first to set up a time when they would have someone to help me. Really a good group to talk with and I have to say it worked out well. If I thought I would use it enough I'd have bought one on the spot. It's a nice machine.
