Hey what is the plastic tank under the seat just above the the coolant sight glass it has a rubber cap that looks like a nipple. yep I said nipple

That is the coolant overflow bottle. It is often easier to check the level by pulling the "nipple" and looking in side as opposed to looking through the sight port by the side case.

I cant see a thing through the sight glass. Its all white so I have been thinking I was low

It is hard to see the coolant through the thick white walls of the coolant reservoir, but you can usually make it out with a flashlight. Some of us have used a sharpie to mark the Min and Max lines on the side of the bottle for easier reading. You can also pull the rubber cap and shine the flashlight into the reservoir while looking at the Min and Max marks from the outside.
