yeah.. and it's online support for your problem getting online... so, how do you report an email issue? Send an email, of course!

In English? What's going on here?
Refrigerator stopped cooling, milk was warm this morning. Called Sears, talked to someone in Pakistan. Was asked if I could wait until next Wednesday, took a few times before I understood what he (I think) was saying, said no, how about today. As of right now, service has 10 more minutes to get here. Doubt they'll make it. Looks like a call to Sears again is in order. Someone is going to have an ear full in a few more minutes.

Gunny... they are going to disappoint you... I had Sears maint. contracts on all my appliances... realized I could fix sooner and cheaper myself. The only "advantage" was the contract offered a "food spoilage" warranty...

I'll bet that the Service Guy gets it from all sides.... BTDT... If he meets your demands, Mgr. says he can handle more work.... if he doesn't Mgr. says, "you no good......."

I keep my $ now for my BMW K1200 extended Warranty.
