This one has gotten too big to ride in for my tastes. Too many newbies. Instead, my CMA chapter will be helping to direct staging traffic in Fort Worth.
Merry Christmas!

I did this run a few years ago and it was way too big then. Now it is almost double the size. Even with ear plugs I can't stand the noise from all those life saving loud pipes.

I don't do the ride. I normally go down, make my donation of a toy or cash, mingle with the folks, and watch the mass ride out of the parking lot. Then, after they all have gone, I either go grab lunch in the West End, or I go home.
The last time I rode in this toy run, it was just too much stupidity occurring at 40mph for my taste.

Like you guys have said, this one has gotten too big and has to many morons riding in it that should be practicing in a parking lot alone somewhere, although it is for a good cause. But hey, they've got to get those $40,000 bikes out for their once yearly looooong ride. I stoped riding this one back several years ago when our alustrious Governor decided it wasn't a good idea to stop traffic on 30 for the bikers so "Dodge the Cage" was created.
