Just saw the news about Cleveland a minute ago. "Voting irregularities"? Does it never end?

Hey we are in Ohio- I saw this predicted about 5 pm ...the talking heads called it. I think rules should be rules-you knew it going in, rules ,weather whatever get there -vote on time-I wish I could use these excuses for my work......the game should be played by whatever WAS agreed to.
