Just wondering has anyone tried to have their scored rotors turned down ? My rear rotor has damage and was trying to avoid the expense of a new one. This Community has been a great discovery , I love all the info and camaraderie

If it is a rear rotor, get an ebc rotor, a little over $100

There is not enough metal in the rotors to allow much turning at all and still stay within the minimum thickness limit.
As someone else said, if it is the rear, go with the EBC. If front, you are pretty much stuck with BMW parts, but they are good ones.
