I noticed that my name went from Gold to Dark Blue.
I remember donating in increments last year.
How do I find out when it is time again?
Thanks!

You should receive a renewal notice a coupla weeks prior to the expiration date of your current one. I did, just last week, and did the PayPal thang yesterday and got a receipt last evening. And I *think* there is a renewal date posted on your profile info somewhere (not sure just where), cuz I saw mine a coupla weeks ago and decided to wait and see if I do in fact, get a notice --- yup, right on cue!! Gilles; Your subscription was initiated Feb 15, 2007. They expire exactly 1 year after they are initiated. In your UserCP you will see a selection for 'Paid Subscriptions' on the left hand side under the 'Miscellaneous' heading. If you click on that any active subscriptions will be listed at the top of the column with the start date as well as the expiration date. I think they dissappear when they are expired.

I missed my renewal date by a month or two. :o I don't think I got an email. Could be wrong. I had a lot of plates spinning in the air at that time.

The system will send an email. The problems we encounter with the delivery of system based emails run the gamut: Spam blocking and filtering at the users end.
Blacklisting from certain ISPs - unfortunately many people join our community, then report our emails as SPAM when the system generates them. We have had to tackle this problem with a number of ISPs.
Email accounts used to join this forum are not the primary and reqularly monitored accounts. You can test delivery of our system emails by sending an email to yourself from your profile page - if you allow emails from members.

Perhaps a bug?

Perhaps a bug?We wouldn't deny that possibility. We will certainly endeavor to find it if one exists.
