This community-driven forum will hopefully assist the BMW rider in determining what current EdSets products will fill their needs, and also help me (the owner of EdSets) determine what the unique needs of the BMW community are so we can address them and hopefully produce the items needed to take advantage of your equipment and offer you more choices and better end results.
As you may already know, we're trying to put together a comprehensive overview of all the systems typically used on the LT, and I welcome your input to that effort.
Additionally, because this is a community effort, I want to encourage any of you who are willing and able to test products and provide your feedback here so we can fine tune our products and determine if we're hitting the mark on performance, applicability, and quality.
Oh, and by the way, perhaps we can even have some fun in the process!

Basically, I would like to know the pin style of your system and pinout if available (or I can look for it) and then if you're willing to test a speaker and several mic combos for me to see how it goes. If it works out well, I'll toss a headset in for you.

ED,
Welcome to the Zoo here. We talked on the phone today.
I was looking for a way to use wife's j & m head set with the Autocom system on my RT--I traded the LT.
I'll try to get back with you soon.

Ed.. I do not know the "pinout" of my RP1.. guess I could scare one up..
What I LOVE about my Intaride headset is the "professional" 1/4 inch connectors... just plug and go.. no lining up.. no bending little girly pins, etc..
