Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has any success using the suction cup type mount on the screen of their bike?

I assumed that it would be a waste of time but i have just this minute used the suction cup on my screen and it has enabled me to mount the unit in my line of site and IF it holds up, could be a winner. I guess the worse that can happen is that it comes unstuck and dangles from the power lead.

Is anyone using this method successfully?

Thanks to all, Simon.

You're one big bump away from losing your GPS ... no thanks. If you insist, you'd better attach a teather to your GPS. And some silicone glue on that suction cup probably wouldn't hurt either. ;)

I agree with Joe, I've had the suction cup let loose in the car, but if it falls in the car, you still have your GPS.
Get a RAM mount or something like that.
