I'm looking for something like the small stick on "mouse" style on/off electrical switches that typically come with after market automotive driving or fog lights. Anyone out there know of a source for these?

Well, no. But I do have one that looks eggsackry like that and one that's kind of oblong that has an LED, the words ON/OFF on it and says PIAA that you can have if you PM me with your addy.

I have a PIAA leftover one too. If you need it PM me the address and it's yours.

Have you tried Mouser http://mouser.com/ or digikey http://www.digikey.com/ ?

Believe I've seen that very switch before in KC Highlights/Rally accessory packaging at the AutoZone chain.

I'm sure your right about that. Unfortunately they don't sell the switch separately and they get upset when I rip open the package and remove the switch!

Thanks for the offer Tim. I took Grif up on his offer so I should be good to go. Perhaps "yechave" can contact you and solve his problem as well.

WOW Pat, you nailed it. Won't tell you how much time I spent searching and never ran across that source. I've bookmarked that for future reference. In the mean time I've taken Grif up on his offer so my immediate need is resolved.

I did mean just the switch not the whole light kit ... sounds like you might be on to a low cost source though ...

OH, I misunderstood. However, I did check the local Auto Zone and Discount Auto as well as NAPA with no joy. They sent me to a marine supplier but of course they didn't have it either.

Also saw them in all sorts of configurations separately and in a package with the works this past weekend at Pep Boys.
