I got two Helge Pederson DVD's for Xmas. The first was the Globeriders 8000 mile Silk Road adventure from Istanbul, Turkey to Xian, China. The second was the BMW R1200GS Adventure Touring Instructional DVD. Both are 4 hours each. Most motorcycle videos are amateur productions at best. These are high quality....especially the Silk Road Adventure. The Adventure Touring Instructional is very useful. Basic repairs, how to pack, what to take and alot more. With two feet of snow on the ground, watching these DVD's is about as close as I am going to get to riding for a couple of months yet.
