Admin Assistance please...Email not working

My email doesn't appear to be working ... at first I thought the psw was bad but when I attempted to reset it indicates that the ID is non-existent.

Help ... the email address is mcgee@bmwlt.com

Am I being punished? ... do I need to donate?

I can't remember how long ago it's been since my last donation but I'm more than happy ante up if that's what it is.

Yes, if your subscription ran out your email account is automatically deactivated. If your data is still there depends on WHEN your subscription ran out. The data store is being cleaned every now and then, automatically.

Most likely. Our software sends a reminder 1 week before the subscription expires. But since we do not want to be in te same category as other spammers we send 1(one) reminder and thats it.

I know it can happen that this reminder gets filed away as spam on the some ISP's, but there is little to nothing we can do about that. Well, actually there is: OUR email server does not consider OUR messages as spam. so if you set your email to your BMWLT.com address and check it you should not miss the reminders.

It would seem I've been caught by this, um, feature. Unfortunately, I've not checked email for about 3 weeks (transitioning from dead laptop to new laptop), and did not get a notice, last PayPal was on 19Feb2007. Perhaps a notice earlier than 1 week? Or maybe also a PM?

So, PayPal to the rescue.

How / when will email access be restored? and, I presume emails have still been coming in, and I'll be able to retreive them from the past few weeks?

Jason.The email syncs with the user database about every 5 minutes. Your user ID is back in the email system and you should be good to go.
