We are working on the plans as I reply. I believe we have a solid idea for the location. For now it's under wraps until we get it worked out but I can tell you that WCR will be in the southern 1/3rd of the west coast this year(but not to far south). WCR has been held central in 2004, North 2005 so it's the souths turn.
Time frame should remain the same about the third weekend in June. I'm hoping to have an announcement by early January if not sooner.
We are also working on the idea of a WCR T-shirt.
Hope you can make it, stay tuned for more information.

Let's see, Portland is about 1/2 way down the coast and so the bottom 1/3 must be around Ashland? :)
I do know that we had a great time at the last one and will do everything in our power (and limited time off) to make the next one. Thanks in advance for working on this fine event.

I've had a few more inquiries about WCR 2006. I can announce that we do have Two New Host from the Southern Third of the West Coast. Ken Meese and Dan King have stepped up to Host next years WCR. Thanks Ken and Dan!:D
The location and weekend has been picked out but we need to lock down the hotel before we make an announcement. Look for the Official announcement in January, and keep your calender clear around the third week in June.

Thanks to Ken and Dan for being willing to host this years WCR. You have huge boots to fill after what Jeff and Randi accomplished this year. Thanks again to John for spearheading the 2006 WCR location and setup.
We're looking for an increase in attendance from both the Northwest and the Southwest including you folks from Nevada and Arizona. In fact, New Mexico and East Texas isn't too far out of the realm of possibilities. http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon12.gif Should we set up part of the event as a end-point for certifying SS and BB/BBG Iron Butt rides? The posibilities are endless to what our event could be.
