First off, you'll find these folks are GREAT and you'll have many new friends when it's over.
CCR'07 was my first and I wasn't a bit sorry I went.
You'll also learn things about your bike worth much more than the $139. You have lots of choices of seminar topics and so many vendors to visit with wheather you buy anything or not. The food is good as well. LOL The music a bit LOUD, but I just moved back a few yards. The tire seminar was the most helpful to me.
I had such a good time this last year that I've already signed up to take my Wife along with me to CCR'08.
Are we there yet?????? :bmw:

While the details of the activities change from year to year, I can give you a "taste" of what your $139 gets you.
3 dinner meals - the Tuesday welcome reception, which was supposed to be hors d'oveurs, turned into a full meal. The Thursday dinner and dancing event, which included a top notch band. And the Friday night banquet.
You also get access to the seminars, including how to do your own maintenance. And even if you don't, you learn a lot of things and get to know the guys around here who really know their stuff.
In addition, each attendee got a shot at winning the BMW X650 as a door prize.
So think of it as 3 meals, 3 evenings of entertainment, a few educational seminars, and if the charity gods are looking upon us favorably, maybe even a chance to win a pretty cool door prize.
Remember, the camaraderie is free.
