The January 2008 BMW Owners News arrived today. Check out the "flea market" section -- page 122, middle column, first entry.

For those who don't subscribe, here's the text of the ad:
"2007 G650X blu/wht, only 14 miles, wife won it, dlr prepped. $7500..."

Is this the bike that was given away at CCR 2007?

UPDATE.... I just received an E-mail from Paul this "IS" the bike his wife won at CCR 2007

sure sounds like the one from last years CCR to me :eek:
UPDATE.... I just received an E-mail from Paul this "IS" the bike his wife won at CCR 2007OK, so whassup with that? I thought I heard his wife say -- when she accepted the prize -- that she would "look spiffy on it". I guess it must not be her/their kind of bike, but that's OK.
