Top Case Lever broken

Yup.. told the dealer back before Txgiving.. " the topcase lever is a bit mushy.. I'll use it till it breaks."

Warranty expired on 12/04... yesterday it broke...

Dealer service dude sez.. "No problem.. I remember our discussion... we'll get it fixed..."...
