BMW told me that they needed a $350 admissibility letter followed by a $500 recall letter to bring a U.S. bike into Canada. After repeated calls by my dealer who has to request both letters, they now came back and said they made a mistake. The admissibility letter is only for BMW cars. All we need is the $500 recall letter. They are changing their rules so fast, that even they are getting confused.
